These terms govern your use of mbekscreations.co.za and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes - colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We accept payment via PayFast (physical products) and Yoco (digital products). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund.
5. SHIPPING
We ship within South Africa. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for physical products that are unused and in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (eBooks, guides) are delivered to your email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, content and branding on this website are the property of Mbeks Creations (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Mbeks Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
